2.1 We Only Collect Necessary Information

By creating an account with us using a third-party service (such as Google or Apple), at your request we will collect your third-party account’s display name, email address, and avatar (if applicable) in order to set up your account.

  • Third-Party AI providers. We use Third-Party AI Providers to power certain aspects of the Service, such as operating the chat or processing user inputs/prompt features.

Third parties that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the Service (including but not limited to providers of hosting, cloud infrastructure, website analytics, customer support, email delivery, safety monitoring, compliance services, and other IT functions). These parties process personal information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf, consistent with our instructions and applicable law.
  • With your consent. We may disclose your personal information when you give us permission to do so, including through features of the Service that are designed to share information.
  • To comply with the law. We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with or required by applicable law.

However, no security measure or method of data transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In addition, you are solely responsible for protecting your log-in and password, and signing out of websites and accounts after your sessions.

    You may exercise some of these rights directly through your account settings in the Service. For other requests or if you need assistance, please email us at privacy@driven.ai. We will respond to your request within 45 days of receipt, though we may extend this period in complex cases as permitted by applicable law. We will notify you of any extension and explain the reasons for the delay.

    6.3 Identity Verification

    In order to protect your personal information, your ability to exercise some of the rights detailed in this Privacy Policy may be subject to your ability to verify that you are the person about whom your request pertains. For example, we may require you to verify your identity by validating your account credentials or submitting additional information to allow us to verify your identity.

    6.4 Limitations and Exceptions

    Please note, however, that your personal information may be exempt from such requests in certain circumstances, for example if we need to keep using your information to comply with our own legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The Service is not directed to, or intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete such information from our systems as soon as reasonably practicable. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to us, please immediately email us at privacy@driven.ai. We will investigate your notification and, if confirmed, promptly delete the child's personal information from our systems.
